本文介绍次同步转速下串级调速系统,它是通过绕线式异步电动机的转子回路引入附加电动势而产生的,属于转差功率回馈型调速系统,具有结构简单、可靠、经济、维护方便等优点,在工业生产中得到了越来越广泛的应用。串级调速是异步电动机十分经典的调速方法之一,它可以实现无级平滑调速,是结构简单、发展较快、技术难度较小、性能比较完善的一种控制系统。串级调速技术除可用于新设备设计外,还可用于对旧设备进行技术改造。因此,研究和应用串级调速技术具有极大的技术和经济意义。本文着重对异步电动机串级调速系统的工作原理,静、动态基本性能等进行分析研究;进行转速、电流双闭环串级调速系统的动态参数设计;讨论了具有双闭环控制的串级调速系统的工作过程,并用MATLAB软件对系统性能进行了仿真。

Abstract
In this paper, cascade thyristor speed control introduces additional Emf through the rotor loop of the wound-induction motor, which belongs to slip power feedback system and is simple in structure, reliable, economic and easily maintained, and has won increasingly broad applications in industrial production. Cascade speed control is one of the very classic speed control method in asynchronous motor, which can realize stepless smoothing speed. It is a simple and rapid control system with low level of difficulty in techniques and rather perfect performance. Thyristor cascade speed control technology can be used in technical transformation for old equipment in addition to the design of new equipment. Therefore, study and application of thyristor cascade speed control technology are of great technical and economic significance. In this paper, the working principle and the basic performance of cascade speed control system in induction motor are studied emphatically. The dynamic parameters of cascade speed control system using both speed loop and current loop are designed under the condition of known static and dynamic performance requirements. The working process of cascade speed control system with double-closed-loop is discussed and the simulation for the system performance are made with MATLAB software.
