基于稳健设计理论的汽车转向机构集成化设计

摘要:应用稳健设计理论采用集成仿真技术, 以转向梯形底角、转向臂长度、主销中心距和轴距为设计参数,传动角为约束,以
转向时内轮实际转角与理论转角的误差最小为目标函数,同时考虑零件制造精度对转向性能的影响,采用具有正态分布参数的蒙
特卡罗法和多目标遗传算法对转向机构进行稳健优化设计。结果表明,该集成仿真方法与传统数学模型设计方法相比较大地提高
了分析研究效率,而且当设计参数存在微小变化时,能有效保证转向系统的运动轨迹精度和传动稳定性。

Ab strac t: The technology of integrated simulation by app lying robust design is app lied to design the steering
mechanism, with bottom angle of steering trapezoid, arm length, kingp ins distance and axle base as design parameters, transm it
