摘要
国际市场的激烈竞争,使企业社会责任问题成为不同利益集团斗争的焦点,进而成为公平贸易的基础和条件,企业社会责任“达标”认证也变得炙手可热。但其中存在的诸多隐蔽和复杂问题,极易导致企业社会责任问题成为新的贸易壁垒,并且成为我国企业出口产品通往欧美等发达国际市场的又一巨大障碍。为了企业的生存与发展,为了和谐稳定的国际贸易秩序,亟需依据国际法探寻相应有效的解决方法。
本文简要介绍企业社会责任的提出以及认证,分析了企业社会责任对国际贸易及企业发展的影响,特别是对中国的影响。我国是贸易大国,应该了解自身承担企业社会责任的现状并采取措施应对社会责任标准。企业在国际贸易中的社会责任是企业应尽的义务,企业社会责任对企业开展国际贸易产生正负两方面的影响。应该通过宣传企业社会责任相关知识、提高企业社会责任意识,建立和完善与国际标准接轨的企业社会责任标准,完善国内企业社会责任相关立法工作、加强执法力度,改善和健全对企业的考核标准等措施,以提高企业社会责任感。

Abstract
The fierce international petition, corporate social responsibility e the focus of the struggle of different interest groups, and then e a fair trade Basis and conditions, corporate social responsibility "standard” certification has e hot. But there's a lot of subtle plex issues, can easily lead to corporate social Responsibility to e new trade barriers, and e big barrier to our products to enter the developed Europe and America market. For the survival and development of enterprise and harmonious and stable international trade order, it is desiderate need to explore appropriate and effective solutions under international law.
This article briefly describes the proposed corporate social responsibility and certification, corporate social responsibility analysis of international trade and enterprise development, especially for China. China is a big trading country should be aware of their status of corporate social responsibility and to take measures to deal with social responsibility standards. Enterprises in the international trade of social responsibility is the enterprise's obligation, corporate social responsibility for enterprise development international trade has the influence of plus or minus two aspects. By promoting corporate social responsibility should be related to knowledge and to improve corporate social responsibility, establish and improve standard
