ABSTRACT
With accelerating structural adjustment of the world's shipbuilding industry, continuing eastward of shipbuilding, prospering of the international and domestic markets in the future long term, speeding up the implementation of marine development of the national strategy, there is the tremendous room for the development of the ship industry.
Shipbuilding industry is a labor, capital and technology-intensive area. There is high quality, rich and lower-cost labor resources in China as well as better financial and technical pared with other developing countries- We have the parative advantage to accelerate the development of China's shipbuilding Industry. It is not only in accord with the needs of social and economic development but also in line with the law of development of the world's shipbuilding industry. It will make greater contributions to the world shipping industry, and the shipbuilding industry.
This paper are divided into five chapters to analysis systematically the development of shipbuilding in Tianjin New-Port Shipbuilding Factory, domestic and international development of the shipbuilding industry, and enterprise internal and external development environment. It drafts the specific development strategies of the factory and especially focuses on the implementation of the strategies.
