本文主要针对目前市场上仍没有综合性能十分完善的聚氨酯水性涂料,单纯的水性聚氨酯在性能上还不能满足人们的需求,利用环氧树脂出色的粘接能力、高模量、高强度、优良的附着力、低收缩率和耐水、耐化学性好等优点以及丙烯酸树脂较好的耐水性、保色性、物理机械性能和耐候性能且成本低廉的特点,通过接枝共聚方式将这两种树脂引入水性聚氨酯链段中,对水性聚氨酯进行改性。
文中通过以甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)、聚醚多元醇(PPG220)、二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)、三羟甲基丙烷(TMP)、乙二胺(EDA)、环氧树脂(E-44)、2-乙烯氧甲基-2-羟甲基丁醇(TMPME)和丙烯酸(MMA、BA、AA)混合单体等为主要原料,通过自乳化法合成了以环氧树脂(E-44)改性的水性聚氨酯乳液,在环氧树脂改性水性聚氨酯的基础上,利用丙烯酸酯进一步改性。最终得到性能优良的改性聚氨酯乳液。研究了多个化学组分对乳液粘度、稳定性的影响以及对膜机械性能、耐介质性能的影响。

Abstract
This paper mainly deals with the current market is still not have very sound waterborne polyurethane coatings, simple waterborne polyurethane in performance still can not meet the demand of the people. The epoxy resin which has outstanding ability of high modulus , high strength, excellent adhesion, water-resistant and low shrinkage, good chemical resistance and acrylic resin has good water resistance, color, physical and mechanical properties, weather-resistant and low cost characteristics. In order to modify the aqueous polyurethane, introduce the two resins to the segment of WPU through the way of grafting. Eventually superior performance of waterborne polyurethane had been got.
This text we used TDI, PPG220 , DMPA, TMP, EDA, E-44, TMPME, and MMA, BA, AA mixed monomer as the main raw material, a system of epoxy resin (E-44) Modification of waterborne polyurethane emulsion were synthesized , and used acrylate to modified further through self-emulsifying on the basis of the waterborne polyurethane modified by epoxy . Finally excellent properties of modified polyurethane emulsion had been got. Examined the influence of a number of position on the viscosity and the stability of emulsion. The mechanical properties and chemical resistance of the film was investigated as well.
