城市会展竞争力评价指标体系研究
摘要
自20世纪80年代以来,会展业已经成为现在服务业的一个新兴产业,对城市经济特别是第三产业发展的强力带动和对打造、经营城市品牌具有巨大作用。目前,全国大中小各类城市“大办展会”形成个一股势不可挡的热潮,纷纷要把会展业作为主导产业、支柱产业来发展,并都欲将本市发展成为国际性、全国性或区域性的会展名称的目标纳入城市发展规划之中,会展活动的开展提高了主办城市知名度,从而吸引更多投资,带动经济发展,日趋成为刺激经济增长的强劲引擎。近年来,我国会展业以年均20%的速度快速增长,已经发展成为具有客观经济规模的行业,分别以上海、北京、广州为中心,中国三大会展产业带初步形成。目前我国会展业已经进入繁荣期,但会展本身在我国尚属于新兴行业,基础薄弱、法制不很完备、运行尚不规范、会展专业人才匮乏、现有从业人员素质较低、会展市场还有待培育等诸多问题,在管理实践中暴露出来。各种问题迫切要求加快城市会展竞争力理论研究的步伐,探讨如何充分利用各种资源来提高我国会展业的产业竞争力,使之与国际先进水平接轨。这也是本文选题的原因所在。本文是产业竞争力理论在城市会展业中的进一步应用。本文以竞争力理论和产业竞争力理论为理论基础,以迈克尔·波特的“钻石体系”为研究框架,密切结合会展业的产业特点和发展规律层层分析城市会展业竞争力的相关影响因素,并利用德尔菲法和数学统计法构建了城市会展业竞争力评价指标体系。最后以北京、上海、广州为例对其进行实证分析,分析结果证明,本文构建的城市会展业竞争力指标体系具备一定的科学性和可操作性。

Abstract
Since the 20th century, 80, Exhibition Industry has e one of the services sector emerging industries。It plays a significant role in the urban economy development, especially to the development of tertiary industry and build strong business brands。At present, various types of cities in the country "Held more shows" e into being an unstoppable wave,so they all develop the Exhibition Industry as a leading and pillar industry and take the target that to develop the city into an international exhibition of national or the name of Regional Exhibition into the urban development planning。Exhibition activities raise the awareness of the host city, attract more investments and promote economic development, increasingly e a strong engine to stimulate the economic growth.
