[摘要] 基于WEB的管理系统是目前网络化管理的发展的主要形式之一。本文首先对客户关系进行了需求分析,对系统进行了总体设计,系统无前后台之分,采用先进的基于互联网( ) 应用的 B/S 架构设计,应用 J2EE 技术的 MVC 三层架构开发,具有结构先进,部署简便,可跨平台,跨数据库操作。++、客户管理、客户服务、报表统计、基础数据和系统管理六个功能模块,实践结果表明该网站系统具有界面友好、结构合理、内容优秀,通过多种人性化的操作设计,无需专业培训,用户即可充分使用系统的所有功能,完成对客户资源信息的集成化管理等特点,有一定的实用价值和参考价值。

Abstract:WEB-based management system is work management one of the main forms of development.
