本设计主要针对外圆无心磨床的导轮主轴部件架进行设计的,其中也对所设计的磨床的传动系统及相关的总体尺寸进行了设计。所设计的磨床能在垂直面内作-2º~5º的旋转,能在水平面内作0º~3º的旋转,通磨时磨削直径能达到(Φ2~Φ40)mm,最大磨削长度为140mm,切入磨削时磨削直径:(Φ7~Φ40)mm,从而实现对不同轴类等零件进行加工。其目的是为解决一定尺寸范围类的轴类等零件的外圆磨削频繁跟换磨床的问题。利用所设计的外圆无心磨床,可以实现一定尺寸范围类的轴类等零件的外圆磨削使用同一台机床,从而提高生产效率,降低劳动强度。
导轮架主轴部件架的设计是所设计的外圆无心磨床当中重要组成部分,它的主要作用是随零件尺寸的不同调节砂轮与导轮的距离以及实现零件加工的连续性。本说明书主要介绍了导轮架主轴以及导轮主轴相关上的相关部件设计。
本磨床在加工零件时具备了快速性、精确性及多样性等诸多优点。无论性能还是经济上,都能运用于产品生产中,有良好的推广及使用前景。
本说明书当中还大量的使用图表说明以及运算过程,在整个设计过程当中还使用了《机械设计》、《机械原理》、《无心磨削》以及《无心磨削的理论与实践》等相关知识。在本说明书当中以磨床总体设计、导轮主轴、导轮架等的设计为主要核心部分,电动机固定台、油路、电路以及各部位的相关设计为辅,全方位的将导轮架主轴部件架地进行设计和说明。

Abstract
This design is mainly for the round grinder ponent parts of the plane design, which also the design of the transmission system and related grinding the overall size to carry on the design. The design of grinding machine can be restricted in the-2 º ~ 5 º rotation, can be in the plane of the 0 º ~ 3 º rotation, the grinding parameters can achieve in diameter (Φ 2 ~ Φ 40) mm, the biggest grinding length for 140 mm, cut into grinding parameters diameter: (Φ 7 ~ Φ 40) mm, so as to achieve such as axial parts processing. Its purpose is to solve certain kind of size range axial parts such as a circular grinding with frequent change of grinding machine. The design of the round the grinder, can achieve certain size range of axial parts of a circular grinding using the same machine tools, so as to improve the production efficiency, reduces the labor intensity.
Guide frame is the design of ponent frame by a circular design is an important part of the grinder, its main effect is along with the size of the different parts of the grinding wheel and adjust pushes the distance and the realization of the continuity of machining parts. This manual mainly introduces a spindle and pushes the guide on the related parts related to the spindle design.
