【摘要】可编程控制器(PLC)是近年来发展迅速应用广泛的控制装置,是一种工业环境应用而设计的数字电子控制系统,它不仅可以取代传统的继电器-接触器控制系统,还可以完成逻辑运算,顺序控制,定时,计数,数值计算和特定的功能,其应用于从单机自动化控制到整条生产线的自动化及至整个工厂的生产自动化控制,使电器控制技术进入了一个暂新的阶段,目前PLC控制几乎在工业生产的所有领域都得到了广泛的应用。
本次设计的主要内容是利用PLC对XA6132万能铣床的电器部分进行改造。先对本设计进行总体的思考,使自己有一个大致的总体概念,然后仔细分析XA6132铣床,该床除主运动和较复杂的进给运动外,还有其他辅助运动,如圆工作台的旋转,圆工作台是为了扩大机床的生产能力而安装的附件。另外该床运动较多,电气控制较复杂,为安全可靠工作,还设置完善的连锁与保护。了解铣床基本结构和电气控制后,根据电气原理图,编译PLC梯形图,编译通过后,利用PLC实验台进行实验仿真。因此铣床在完成原有功能特点外,还具有安装简便,稳定性好,易于维修,扩展能力强等特点。

【Abstract】The Programmable controller (PLC) is widely used in recent years the rapid development of control device, is an industrial environment application and design of digital electronic control system, it not only can replace traditional relays - contactor controlling system, but also plete logic operation sequence control, timing, counting, numerical calculation and specific functions, its application in automatic control from the unit to the whole production line of automation until the entire factory production automation control, make electrical control technology has entered a new stage, the current transient PLC control in almost all areas of industrial production have been widely used.
The design of the main content is to XA6132 universal milling machine using PLC electrical parts of reforming. This design first overall thinking, make oneself have a general overall concept, then XA6132 milling machine, the careful analysis bed in addition to the main sports and plex feed movement outside, still have other auxiliary motion, like a round table, a round table of rotating machine is to expand the production capacity and install accessory.
