摘要:钢铁工业的发展使得钢厂模式发生了革命性的变化,新一代大型钢厂(新建的大型钢铁联合企业)必须具有产品制造、能量转换和大宗社会废弃物消纳功能,在此背景下的高级洁净钢生产平台设计应该导入新的理念。连铸工序作为新一代大型钢厂的核心组成部分,应在原有的平面布局、装备配置和生产组织等方面引入精准设计的概念,重新进行研究。本文根据拟定的新一代大型钢厂产品大纲及已有的研究成果,对炉外精炼-连铸流程的设备、工艺参数及物流匹配进行了核算、研究,确定了新一代钢厂连铸工艺的量化配置:+1CSP,与之匹配的精炼设备选择2RH+1CAS。

Study of Continuous Casting Process Configuration for New Generation Large-scale Steel Plant

Abstract: The development of the iron and steel industry makes steel model of a revolutionary change, new generation large-scale steel plant must have product manufacturing, energy conversion and waste consumption social function, so senior clean steel production platform should be designed into new ideas. As the ponents of steel plant, casting process needs the concept of precision design in the original layout, equipment configuration, and anization. Based on the product outline of the new generation large-scale steel plant and the existing study results, equipments, process parameters and match of secondary refining-continuous casting process are calculated. Casting process configuration for new generation steel plant has been confirmed:2CC+1CSP. The secondary refining mode is 2RH+1CAS.

2007年我国粗钢产量为48966万t,%,随着曹妃甸大钢年底的投产及钢铁企业重组、改造等政策、规划的快速实施,中国钢铁工业必然迎来更快、更高的发展阶段;根据“十一五”规划,到2
