摘要: 本文从跨国制药企业的并购现象出发,以知识产权视角分析了辉瑞并购惠氏的行为,并通过对比分析全球三大生
物制药公司(安进、基因泰克、惠氏)的中国区专利申请情况,藉此解析辉瑞并购惠氏背后的知识产权因素和制药业未
来的市场竞争热点,以及并购行为对国内制药企业的可能影响。

Intellectual Property Rights Driving Forces for Mergers and Acquisitions of Multinational
panies

Abstract: According to the mergers and acquisitions of multinational panies,Pfizer's purchase
of Wyeth is analyzed from the perspective of the intellectual property rights in this paper. The patent applications
into China of three global famous bio-panies (Amgen, ech and Wyeth) pared, targeting
to resolve the intellectual property rights driving forces for Pfizer's purchase of Wyeth and the petition
hotspots between panies in future, and provide suggestions for Chinese domestic corporations.
