多种钥匙齿形自动识别系统的设计与实现

【摘要】对锁芯自动装配系统的钥匙齿形自动识别系统进行了改进,设计和制造了能同时识别多
种钥匙齿形的组合夹具,编制了具有拓展功能的齿形识别系统软件。应用表明,所开发的钥匙齿形自动识
别系统准确性很高,确保了锁芯自动装配系统的效率
。

【Abstract】The automatic identification system of key shape in the lock auto-assembly system was

developed a built-up jig was designed and manufactured which could be used in the identification of mul-
tiple key shapes,and a software for identification system of key was developed which had expanding func-
tions. The application shows that the accuracy of the automatic identification system for multiple key
shapes is high and the efficiency of auto-assembly system can be ensured.
