The Efficiency of Fiscal Expenditure in the New Rural Cooperative Medical Care
——Illustrated by the Case of BeiYanwen,ShanDong
Abstract:Since reform and opening, China's overall national economy achieved a sustained, rapid and stable growth, people's living standard has been greatly improved, and their living standards are still to be improved. Our country continues to develop the economy and began to focus on investment in the people's livelihood as well, especially in improving the lives of farmers with strong support for the unprecedented. Cooperative Medical Care is aimed at improving the rural health status of farmers, it is to also an important part of improving the livelihood of farmers, fiscal expenditure in the rural cooperative medical care expenditures play a major role in the efficiency of rural cooperative medical care. This choice of BeiYanwen in Shandong Province as the research object is try to find out the problems in the implementation of the new rural cooperative medical care in BeiYanwen, especially to make some inefficiencies and descriptive statistical analysis, and further financial assistance in how the new rural cooperative medical care to maximize benefit of my personal point of view.
