呼和浩特市造纸厂废水处理工艺设计
摘要
本次设计主要任务是完成该废水处理设计及单项处理构筑物图纸设计。
其中设计要完成设计计算说明书一份,污水处理厂总平面图一张,高程图一张以及主要构筑物各一张,设备图共五张;单个处理构筑物施工图设计中,主要是完成升流式厌氧污泥床(UASB)、SBR反应池、污水提升泵房、调节沉淀池、污泥浓缩池平面图和剖面图及部分大样图。
该废水处理工程总规模为10000m3/d。
所选用的污水处理工艺为:废水从进水到格栅和筛网,再到调节沉淀池,由污水泵进入集水井,然后进入升流式厌氧污泥床(UASB),再进入SBR反应池,最后排入水体。污泥处理流程为:从升流式厌氧污泥床(UASB)和SBR反应池排出的污泥进入污泥井,通过潜污泵送入浓缩池,然后进入脱水机房,最后外运处置。
废水处理厂处理后的出水要达到国家污水综合排放标准(GB8978—1996)中的二级排放标准。
本设计所选择的UASB+ SBR工艺完全能达到所期望的处理效果。

Hohhot paper mill wastewater treatment process design
Abstract.
This design main task is plete the waste water processing design and single processing structures drawings.
In which the design manual plete a design calculations, a flow chart, a sewage treatment plant general layout, elevation plans and the main structures of the one piece of equipment plans a total of five; a single treatment tank construction design, the main plete the up-flow anaerobic sludge blanket (UASB), SBR reactor, adjusting sedimentation tank, sludge thickener plans and sections and some large drawing.
The total of the wastewater treatment project is 10000 m3 / d.
The wastewater treatment project for the wastewater treatment process is: wastewater from the inlet to the grid, and then to adjust sedimentation tank, submersible pump into the sewage collection wells and then go up-flow anaerobic sludge blanket (UASB), re-entering the SBR reaction, at last,it being discharged into the water body. Sludge treatment process: the sludge from the up-flow anaerobic sludge blanket (UASB) and the SBR tank sludge into the wells, through the submersible pump into the sewage pool enrichment, and then entered the room dehydration, the final disposal of Sinotrans.
Wastewater treatment plant in the sewage effluent to prehensive national emission standards (GB8978-1996) of second emission standards. The design chosen the UASB + SBR process fully to achieve the desired effect.
