日产100吨果粒酸奶工厂设计
摘要
本文是通过AutoCAD根据食品工厂设计的生产100t的酸奶要求设计,日处理能力至少达89t的鲜奶。收奶计量采用电子磅秤与流量计相结合,有三个50t的室外奶仓,采用预杀菌和分离机净乳操作。发酵型酸奶是用发酵好的生产酸奶和各种食品添加剂调配而成的,%,鲜奶或复原乳指标为F≥,P≥,TS≥。本文根据食品工厂设计的要求,利用AutoCAD绘制了酸酸乳工艺流程图和工厂平面布置图。
本文设计的工厂采用2班倒的工作制,每天工作时间16h,除去设备清洗和升温时间4h,实际生产时间按12h计,本设计讲述了一个日产量100t酸奶厂主车间平面图及项目工艺方案的设计原则、方法、程序、设备、耗水、耗气、清洗等等。

Abstract
This article is based on the food plant design AutoCAD production of acid milk 100T requirements, processing power on at least 89 tons of fresh milk. Milk collection measurement using electronic scales with the flow bination, there are three outdoor 50T milk stores, pre-sterilization and milk separator operation. Fermented yogurt is fermented with the production of yogurt and a variety of good food additives derived from the deployment of its fat and protein content of not less than %, respectively, breast milk or recovery targets for F ≥ , P ≥ , TS ≥ . In this paper, in accordance with the requirements of food plant design, using AutoCAD draw the acid milk factory process map and floor plan.
In this paper, the design of the plant using the two working shifts, working hours to 16 hours a day, except for equipment cleaning and heating time 4 hours, the actual production time by 12 hours of, the design tells the story of a daily output of 100 tons of dairy shop owners project plan and process design principles, methods, procedures, equipment, water, waste gas, cleaning and so on.
