【摘要】目的:探讨腔隙性脑梗塞(CLI)患者是否存在胰岛素抵抗的问题。方法:测定35例CLI患者与35例健康对照者的血清空腹葡萄糖,空腹胰岛素,血脂(甘油三酯和低密度脂蛋白-胆固醇),并计算胰岛素敏感性指数。结果:CLI组胰岛素敏感性指数低于正常对照组(P<001),而空腹血糖、胰岛素、血脂浓度高于对照组(P<001~005)。结论:腔隙性脑梗塞患者存在胰岛素抵抗,胰岛素抵抗可能是腔隙性脑梗塞的危险因素之一。
