摘要
随着社会经济的发展以及我过在金融市场上逐渐的和国际接轨,对于经济市场上的财务体系越来的越重要,不仅是个人,还是上市公司,还是国家,都越来越看重对财务分析的重要性,一套好的,完善的财务分析体系,对于一个公司的发展是至关重要的,它对于企业的未来的发展方向,融资渠道,经营策略和管理战略都有这非常重要的引导作用,所以本文从财务指标概念入手,通过对财务指标分析的认识,和对万科和保利这两家上市公司的分析,了解目前我国上市公司所运用的主要的财务指标分析以及从找出财务指标分析所存在的不足和缺点,并提出相关建议。
