构建和谐医患关系的伦理对策
———基于某市 5 所三甲医院的调查研究*

〔摘要〕对影响医院方式文化的因素进行伦理学分析,从医务人员和医院角度提出促进医患关系和谐发展的伦理学对策。
医务人员应正确认知医疗服务以完善自我,应建立道德情感,持生命之爱�应换位思考,增强服务的主动性,以提升自身的医学
专业精神。医院应重视细节服务,提高医院信任度�应采取多样的医德考核方式监管医疗服务质量。

Abstract�On the basis of ethical analysis,this article puts forward some ethical countermeasures to build a
harmonious doctor - patient relationship from the perspectives of medical staffs and hospital management,aiming at
improving awareness and ethical views of medical personnel,advancing the medical professionalism,promoting pa-
tients' trust for hospitals and medical service quality.
