水作为消防工作的命脉,是全世界消防部队最常用和用的最多的灭火剂,供水保障是重特大火灾灭火救援作战保障的重要部分。随着社会的发展,重特大火灾发生的日趋增多,情况也越来越复杂,火灾现场供水保障的要求也越来越高,供水保障持续时间长、强度大、任务重。从我国近期发生的数起典型案例来看,火场实践经验证明,科学合理、及时、迅速、有效、不间断地保障火场供水,是取得灭火救援作战成功的基础条件。反之供水不力,将导致灭火救援作战的失败。因此为了更有效的搞好重特大火灾的灭火救援作战工作,供水保障成为火场指挥员必须研究的课题和火场必须解决的问题。本文在前人研究的基础上,结合自身在基层工作的经验,通过对大量典型案例总结探悉,归纳出重特大火灾扑救供水保障工作的特点,分析了供水保障工作普遍存在的一些问题,提出了加强水源建设;科学运用供水方法;统一指挥,合理编成;搞好装备保障等四点做好供水保障的具体措施,通过提出问题制定对策解决问题,为消防部队在今后的灭火救援作战供水保障工作中,提供有益的借鉴和思考。

Abstract

So the water supply protection’s requirements of the fire scene e higher. The water supply protection is last long and intense and the task is heavy. Judging from china’s recent outbreak of several typical cases, the scene of the fire practical experience has proven that scientific and rational, timely, prompt, effective and uninterrupted water supply to safeguard the scene of the fire are the basic condition for fire-fighting and rescue operations’ ess. So in order to more effectively do a good job in the major fire-fighting and rescue fire fighting.
