摘要
中小型企业在我国经济发展中,尤其是对改革开放和推动、缓解就业压力方面发挥着越来越重要的作用。随着当代信息技术的不断发展,企业对人事信息管理越来越重视。传统的企业人事管理系统采用C/S模式结构,采用这种模式需要针对不同的操作系统开发不同的软件,其次,会给企业带来了高昂的维护成本且投资较大,严重阻碍了中小企业发展的步伐。该企业人事管理系统采用B/S模式结构,解决了C/S模式结构的不足之处,它使得企业的选择更多,成本降低,并且系统维护和升级方式简单,大大减轻了企业管理人员的工作量,促进了企业的发展。
本企业人事管理系统以B/S模式结构为基础,主要对企业员工的信息以及跟人事相关的工作流程进行集中的管理,方便企业建立一个完善的、强大的员工信息数据库。它是以J2EE和SQL sever 2005数据库作为开发平台,使用JAVA语言设计操作控件和编写操作程序,完成数据输入、修改、存储、调用、查询及数据的统计和分析等功能;并使用SQL sever 2005数据库形成数据表,进行数据存储。
本文详细介绍了企业人事管理系统的功能需求、系统设计和具体实现,并简要介绍了系统开发采用的过程方法。

ABSTRACT
Small and medium-sized enterprises in China's economic development, especially to the reform and opening up and promoting, ease the employment pressure is playing an increasingly important role. With the continuous development of modern information technology, the enterprise to the personnel information management is more and more attention. Traditional enterprise personnel management system adopts C/S mode structure, adopt the pattern needs to be developed for different operating systems of different software, secondly, will give enterprise to bring the high maintenance costs and greater investment, seriously hindered the pace of development of small and medium-sized enterprises. The enterprise personnel management system adopts B/S mode structure, has solved the C/S mode structure of deficiency, it makes the enterprise of choice more, cost reduction, and the system maintenance and upgrades way simple, greatly reduce the enterprise management personnel's workload and promote the development of the enterprise.
