摘要
随着我国加入 WTO,外资纷纷进入国内市场,在能源投资方面,外国公司凭借其
资金、技术和规模,加之现代化管理,加大进入天然气领域的步伐。本文基于现代
项目管理理论和天然气项目特点,结合九江气源不足,天然气成本过高,企业效益
低的实际情况,采用定性与定量相结合的系统分析方法,针对九江市天然气项目在
发展过程中亟待解决的重大现实问题,即气源问题和价格倒挂问题,提出本项目投
资管理问题。
本文的结构主要由六部分组成。第一章绪论,重点分析了本项目能源背景、九
江市天然气项目背景、天然气知识概述,对国外天然气研究利用现状、趋势进行了研
究,分析了国外研究方向和主要国家发展过程,以及本文研究的目的与意义。第二章
项目管理概述,介绍了项目管理概念、项目管理国外发展现状和趋势,以及我国项
目管理的现状、存在的问题与对策、项目管理展望。第三章九江市天然气项目概况
和天然气需求量预测。首先同时对九江天然气现状、问题做了论述,分析了九江天
然气项目中存在的问题,并结合国内外天然气发展给九江天然气项目发展启示进行
了研究。找出九江市发展天然气项目的关键注意问题,最后对九江市天然气需求进
行科学预测,根据需求量预测确定九江市天然气项目工程的内容。第四章九江天然
气项目风险管理,介绍了风险管理概述,重点分析了九江天然气项目投资风险评价
以及九江天然气项目风险防范。第五章九江市天然气项目经济评价和财务分析,根
据天然气特点结合九江市需求分析工程管理情况、工程概算,然后进行经济评价、
敏感性、投资回收期、内部收益率、临界点等财务综合指标分析。第六章结论展望。
将财务指标与行业基数对照,得出九江市天然气项目投资可行的结论。

Abstract
As China accession to the WTO, Foreign investors have entered the domestic market,
