[ 摘
要]
目的: 评价醒脑开窍针刺法治疗中风的疗效及可能的不良反应。方法: 采用 Cochrane 系统
评价方法。结果: 共纳入 25 个研究、4 377 例中风患者。醒脑开窍针刺法治疗中风有降低病死率、
残疾率的趋势, 在改善神经功能缺损评分、疗效等方面均优于对照疗法, 纳入研究中仅发现 2 例疼
痛者。结论: 醒脑开窍针刺法治疗中风安全有效。

Objective

dling method is safet y and effectiv e fo r stroke.
