一、课程简介
儿童口腔医学(课程编码B090010)是研究自胎儿至青少年这一时期,小儿牙颌系统的生长发育、保健和疾病防治的医学科学。它服务的对象是18岁以下的儿童、青少年。
    儿童时期颌面部、口腔及牙齿处在生长发育阶段,不论在解剖上、生理上都具有其特点,疾病的发生与发展及诊断治疗也有特点。学生必须了解并掌握这些特点,才能对儿童牙颌系统的疾病作出正确诊断和治疗设计。同时,还应掌握儿童口腔疾病的治疗、预防所必须的操作技能。此外,还应了解儿童心理行为的发育,掌握接待儿童的方法。
     本大纲内容有儿童口腔医学概论、生长发育、牙的解剖形态与组织机构特点、牙齿发育异常、龋病、儿童牙髓病根尖病、儿童前牙外伤、咬合诱导、乳牙和年轻恒牙的拔除。
儿童口腔医学教学按排和时间分配是:总学时20学时,其中包括系统理论课14学时,实验课6学时。本课程占学分1分.
Pediatric dentistry is a branch of stomatology .It is a subject studying the growth and development of the face and dental arches , oral health care and dental diseases prevention of children. The pediatric patient age may begin at 18 months and continue until somewhere around the age of 18.
In the period of children and adolescence, face and dental arches is growing and developing. Not only in anatomy and physiology but also in the development and treatment of diseases, children have different features from adults’. Students should know the difference and master the fundamental techniques of dental diagnosis and treatment. In addition, the children’s psychological feature and behavioural pattern during dental treatment are also important.
The main contents of this outline are as follows:
