汀州府---文化
长汀历史悠久,据考古发现长汀县历史。
石器时代,这里就有人类活动,至新石器时代,古闽族人在此繁衍生息。西晋太康三年(282年)为新罗县境,唐开元二十四年(736年)置长汀县,属汀州。历史上为州、郡、路、府所在地,八闽客家首府,“阛阓繁阜,不减江、浙中州”。
