Patient receives the diagnosis from Hospital

Process Description:
Hospital upload the medical images and diagnosis info in MQ.
MQ(H) transfers the medical images to the MQ(E).
.
ERTC gets the images/diag info from MQ(E) and make out RT plan in MRTP(E).
RT plan is peer reviewed and uploaded in MQ(E), then transferred to MQ(H).
RT plan is loaded in MRTP(H).
Hospital reviews RT plan in MRTP(H) and approves it in MQ(H).
Hospital delivers RT plan from MQ(H) to the patient.
Patient receives the RT plan and gets recovered.
System/Resource Requirements

All MOSAIQ systems will be connected directly to transfer the image/plan/diagnosis info. (Why not PACS? Reduce intermediate link)

MRTP on hospital site can be a special version that just need plan review and approval functions.

MRTP/MOSAIQ on ERTC site is a full function version and supports Distributed/puting (Cloud Serving), and has puting resource behind.

ERTC needs to hire a great number of experienced Doctors/Physicists all over the world, they all log on the great MQ server and create RT plans for patients from different locations on the earth.
