摘要
管理信息系统在现代社会已深入到各行各业,由于计算机技术的迅速发展和普及,对于学校,随着高等教育的发展、高校规模的扩大、学生人数增加、学生宿舍各种信息的汇总、统计和分析等管理工作面临着诸多困难,管理工作也越来越繁重和琐碎,对于信息化要求越来越紧迫。大学生宿舍管理系统就是一个比较典型的管理信息系统,它可以让宿舍管理工作变的更省时省力。本毕业设计的任务旨在设计一个大学生宿舍管理系统,这具有十分重要的意义。
经过分析,本系统运用了微软公司办公软件Office ess 2003开发。系统开发经过了对系统分析、系统设计、系统界面及其代码实现等阶段。系统实现了公寓管理、学生管理、出入管理、信息查询等必需的功能,其操作简单,运行稳定。

ABSTRACT
Management information system in modern society has been deep into all walks of life, due to the rapid development puter technology and the popularization of, for the school, along with the development of higher education, the expansion of higher education, to increase the number of students, student dormitory information collection, statistics and analysis of the management work is facing many difficulties, the management is more and more onerous and trivial, for informatization demand more and more urgent. Dormitory management system is a typical management information system, it can make the dormitory management work es more time-saving. The task of this graduation design is to design a management system for college student's dormitory, this has very important significance.
After the analysis, the system uses the Microsoft Corp office software Office 2003is an ponent of the Access 2003 development. System development after the system analysis, system design, system interface and code realization phase. The system realizes the apartment management, student management, access management, information and other necessary functions, its operation is simple, stable operation.
