依据中华人民共和国合同法及有关法律法规的规定,甲、乙双方本着平等互利、诚实信用的原则,共同合作参与开发建设房地产项目,为明确甲、乙双方的权利、义务和责任,经过友好协商,本着平等、自愿、有偿的原则,订立本意向书。

意向书的主要内容包括双方当事人名称、合作项目名称及其基本情况、双方合作的前期准备工作;根据甲、乙双方目前的实际情况和市场状况,双方商定本次合作为房地产开发建设的初期工作,本次合作范围及内容是为房地产开发建设项目提供技术顾问、信息咨询等服务,包括项目开发建设所需资金的融通及筹措,项目的推介及招商,为项目寻找战略投资人或合作伙伴等。
