【】[目的]:对手术治疗结肠癌合并肠梗阻的方法以及疗效进行探讨分析。[方法]:选取80例2013年1月至2015年1月在我院接受手术治疗的结肠癌合并肠梗阻患者作为木次试验的研究对象,将所有研宄对象随机平分为分期手术组和一期手术组,分期手术组共有40例患者,其中有25例早期手术病例,15例因患有低蛋白血症、合并下消化道大出血、肠穿孔、并发肠部分坏死、弥漫性腹膜炎而行急诊手术的患者。一期手术组共有40例患者,其中横结肠肿瘤11例,回盲部及结肠肝曲肿瘤10例,结肠脾曲及乙状结肠肿瘤10例,直肠上端肿瘤9例。[结果]:所有患者均手术成功,进行一期手术的患者总体花费低, 术后并发症较少。[结论]:一期手术治疗结肠癌合并肠梗阻具有较好的疗效,值得推广并广泛应用。

[abstract] [objective] to surgery for colon bined method of
intestinal obstruction and the analysis of the curative effect were discussed.
[methods] select 80 cases between January 2013 and January 2015 in our hospital
to undergo surgery treatment of colon cancer with patients as the research object of
this test,all subjects were randomly divided for staging surgery group and the issue
of surgical group,staging surgery group a total of 40 patients, including 25 cases of
early surgery cases, 15 cases for patients with hypoalbuminemia,merge the digestive
tract hemorrhage, intestinal perforation, part with intestinal necrosis, diffuse
