摘要
物流园区属于一种有一定规模的具有多种服务功能的物流节点,有很多物流企业入
驻其中,物流作业比较复杂,主要包括收货验货、储存保管、装卸搬运、分拣、流通加
工、配送、结算和信息处理,甚至包括订货等作业,这些物流作业环节大部分在物流园
区的仓库区完成的,所以仓库区规划合理与否直接关系到物流园区的作业效率。对于化
工物流园区这个主要以化工产品为主要服务对象的物流园区,仓库区的服务功能能更深
层次的影响到化工物流园区的效益,所以对它的规划就更为重要了。因此,本文针对化
工物流园区仓库区的规划设计进行探索性的研究,以期为待建的化工物流园区仓库区的
规划和设计提供一些基准和方法。
论文首先就化工物流园区仓库区规划与设计的基础理论进行了分析,主要分为化工
物流园区特性分析、化工物流园区仓库区分析和仓库区规划设计理论基础的分析,这章
内容主要为后续研究提供理论支持。然后论文分别从化工物流园区仓库区规模、仓库区
规划和仓库区设施设备的选择这三个方面着手对化工物流园区的仓库区进行规划设计,
其中重点应用了数学解析的方法解决储罐区储罐选择问题和应用 SLP 系统布置的方法
解决仓库区总体布局规划的问题,这部分还就化工物流园区仓库区设施设备的选择进行
了一定的研究,并给出了定量定性的配置方法。论文最后将前面所研究出的规划设计方
法和理念应用到了实际的案例当中,经过各方面的检验,验证了它的适用性。

Abstract
Logistics Park is the site where many logistics and logistics related corporations
assemble, it is also a concentrated areas of logistics operations, It can concentrated layout a
variety of logistics facilities and different types of panies in the space. It contains
many segments, such as Receiving inspection, Storage, Loading and Handling, Sorting,
Processing, Distribution, Settlement and Information Processing, and even include Ordering.
Most of these operations are finished in the storage area of the logistics park. So whether the
stock designing is reasonable or not reasonable will directly impact the operating efficiency of
the logistics park. For Chemical Logistics Park which is primarily serve to chemical products
Logistics Park, the designing of storage will deeply impact the effectiveness of the Chemical
Logistics Park. So it is more important to design the Chemical Logistics Park warehouse.
