[ 摘要] 转辙机关键传动部件(锁块,销轴)在运行过程中承受推拉动作带来的交变载荷,有发生疲劳
损坏的可能,严重威胁高速铁路交通的安全,因此对其进行疲劳仿真很有必要。利用 ANSYS
Workbench 对关键零件进行静力学分析。按照正常工况(推力 5KN)添加边界条件,获得了
传动过程中的应力分布。利用 nCode Designlife 对关键零件进行了疲劳仿真分析,获得了伤
害和寿命分布。研究工作和分析结果将为转辙机的使用和设计改进提供参考。

[ Abstract ] In the process of running of push and pull, switch machine transmission parts (locking piece,pin)
has possibility of fatigue damage for the alternating load. The safety of railway transportation faces
great challenge, so the fatigue simulation is necessary. Statics analysis of key parts is performed
using ANSYS Workbench. The boundary conditions are added according to the actual working
condition (Force=5KN)and the stress distribution in the process of transmission is obtained. Using
nCode Designlife fatigue simulation analyses focus on key parts, damage and life distribution are
obtained. The research and analysis will be helpful for the use of the switch machine and provide
reference for design improvemen
