摘要:高职院校所培养出来的学生总体素质和能力与用人单位的需要不能想适应,产生这一矛盾的主要原因是由高素质应用型人才的培养目标与具有明显学科化倾向的课程模式不协调造成的。鉴于路基路面工程教学中过度专注于课程的理论体系,而忽略学生的实践能力的培养,本文论述了立足职业岗位要求,按照工作过程的顺序设计课程,通过基于工作过程的项目化教学,促使课程更加适应职业教育的特点。

Projective Teaching Research of Subgrade and Pavement Course Based on Working Process

Abstract :The ability of students trained by higher vocational colleges can not meet the need of employers. The reason is that academic curriculum model does not match training objectives. Considering of that teachers pay much attention to the theory system of subgrade and pavement courses and ignore student’s practical abilities, this article discusses the courses design method that based on job requirements and the order of the working process and it can promote vocational education programs more responsive to the characteristics.

1 引言
高职教育的人才培养质量与社会需求之间的矛盾已成为人们关注的重点,相当一部分高职院校所培养出来的学生总体素质和能力与用人单位的需要不能想适应。产生这一矛盾的主要原因是由高素质应用型人才的培养目标与具有明显学科化倾向的课程模式不协调造成的。高职教育作为高等教育的一个类型,其人才培养规律不同于学术人才培养规律。当前高职教育所面临的核心任务是课程的改革,其中,课程项目化是突出高职办学特色,促使课程改革走向优质的一条有效途径。
