摘要:汕头大学医学院实施“以学生为中心,以系统整合为基础,以能力培养为主线”的全方位教学模式改革与实践,在该教学模式中,以临床技能中心为主体的临床技能教学改革在同行中产生巨大反响,取得令人瞩目的成果。中心所构建的医学生临床技能多元化教学体系、开放式教学平台和以创新能力培养为核心的新型教学模式等特色明显,丰富医学生人才培养模式内涵,探索创新型医学人才培养新模式,全方位提升临床技能中心功能。

Abstract: prehensive teaching model reform and practice of "student-centered, system-integration-based, capacity-building-in- the-main-line" was carried out in Shantou University Medical College. In this teaching model, the clinical skills teaching reform which the clinical skills center as the main generated a huge response from peers and achieved remarkable results. The diversified system of educational objectives of medical students’ clinical skills, open learning platform and a new teaching model of innovative ability creation as the core which built by the centre were obviously characteristics, enriched the connotation of medical students training model, explored innovative medical training model and enhanced the clinical skills center prehensively.
