摘要 :为了加快综采工作面支架的安全回撤速度,提高矿井的产量和效益,采用预掘回撤通道的方式进行
回撤。通过已采工作面撤架通道的实践,该技术在镇矿得到很好的推广,对工作面收尾作业后安全撤架起
到了积极的作用。现对 18306采面的撤架通道工艺进行概述。

Abstract: In order to improve the speed of retreating support in the fully mechanized working face, raise
the benefit and output of the mine, preceding roadway was dug to retreat the supports. Through the
practice of the channel for retreating support of the scrapped face, the technology was used widely in
Zhenchengdi Mine, and plays an important role to the ending work of face. Here the process of cutting
channel of 18306 face for retreating support will be overviewed.

目前,综合机械化采煤是我国井工煤矿采煤工艺的重要发展方向,它具有高产、高效、
安全、 低耗以及劳动条件好和劳动强度小等优良特点。 实践已经证明, 综采工艺不仅提高了
煤矿地下开采的机械化水平程度, 而且减少了工作面各类顶板事故的发生。 综采工作面支架
因体积大、 吨位重, 所以回撤技术研究显得尤为重要。 为了加快采煤工作面液压支架的安全
回撤速度, 提高矿井的产量和效益, 采用预掘回撤通道的方式进行回撤。 该技术在已采工作
面进行了试用,得到了很好的效果。
