微量元素锌肥对苦荞芽中锌及黄***含量的影响

摘要:采用不同浓度锌肥喷施,促进苦荞[Fagopyrum tataricum(L.) Gaertn]种子萌发,测定苦荞芽中锌、总黄***、芦丁和槲皮素的含量。结果表明,喷施锌肥可以极显著增加苦荞芽中锌含量,也可以增加总黄***、芦丁和槲皮素的含量, mg/L时,苦荞芽中总黄***、芦丁和槲皮素的含量最高。

Effect of Micronutrient Zinc Fertilizer on the Contents of Flavonoids and
Zn in the Bud of Tartary Buckwheat

Abstract: The effects of micronutrient Zn fertilizer on tartary buckwheat[Fagopyrum tataricum (L.) Gaertn] bud were studied. The contents of Zn, total flavonoid,rutin,quercetin were determined after spraying different concentrations of the micronutrient Zn fertilizer. The results showed that micronutrient Zn fertilizer increased Zn content of buds and seedlings of tartary buckwheat significantly. It increased the content of total flavonoid,rutin and quercetin. Total flavonoids,rutin and quercetin content of buds and seedlings of tartary buckwheat were the highest when Zn fertilizer was mg/L.
