《易传》在领导者道德素养陶铸中的价值
摘要:《易传》在加强领导者道德素养建设中具有不可或缺的特殊作用:《易传》“仁以行之
”的思想有利于培养领导者的仁爱精神,从而更好地关心、爱护群众,全心全意为人民服务;“知
临”思想有利于提高领导者的明智品质,从而更好地驾驭语言,勤学广智,利国利民;“卑以自牧
”思想有利于造就领导者的谦敬品质,从而谦敬为怀,赢得群众。所以,提高领导者道德素养的方
法之一,就是认真学习中国传统文化的经典之作《易传》。

Abstract: Yi zhuan can play an indispensablerole in molding leader’s moral plishment: in
Yi zhuan , the thought of “acting with benevolence”is helpful to cultivating leader’s benevolent
spirit to care more for the people and serve the people whole-heartedly; the idea of “advance in
wisdom”could help leaders to improve their intellectual quality and ability to master language
better, urge them to learn wide-ranging knowledge, advantageous both to the state and people; the
idea of “modesty and humility”is helpful to foster leader in modesty and courtesy to gain support.
So, to learn earnestly the traditional Chinese classic- Yi zhuan is one of the measures to improve
leader’s moral plishment.

各级领导者,是建设社会主义和谐社会,落实科学发展观的组织者、发动者、践行者,其道德
素养高低,不仅直接关系到领导者能否真正做到自我约束,自我领导,及其自身与行为价值量的高
低,而且对领导活动的成败及其社会主义和谐社会能否成功构建起着至关重要的影响。所以,我们
必须坚持不懈地大力提高领导者的执政能力,同时,必须着力提升领导者的道德素养。提高领导者
道德素养的方法之一,就是认真学习中国传统文化的经典之作《易传》。这是因为,《易传》在加
强领导者道德素养建设中具有不可或缺的特殊作用。
