[摘要] 研究生教育是我国高级人才培养体系的重要组成部分,但是目前仍然存在诸多缺陷。通过分析、总结目前存在的问题,从教育改革和创新的角度出发,提出了我国研究生教育应在借鉴发达国家成功经验的同时不断探索人才培养、学科设置、师资建设的新路子。

Probe into post-graduate personnel training and education reform in China

Abstract Post-graduate education is a ponent of China's senior personnel training system,but it has many defects. This article, which in the analysis and conclusion on the basis of the existing problems, and from the perspective of educated innovation, proposes that post-graduate education in China should learn from essful experiences in developed countries, while continuing to explore new ways of training qualified personnel, subject setting , and teacher construction.

在这个知识经济飞速发展的时代,高层次科技人才的培养不仅担负着为企业、科研输送高水平人才的重任,更是与一个国家的综合国力和可持续发展动力息息相关。随着我国研究生教育规模的逐年扩大,研究生教育的规模与社会人才需求的不平衡发展逐渐成为各界关注的问题,面对新环境下我国的研究生教育所面临的困境和挑战,应加快研究生教育改革,培养创新型人才。
一. 我国研究生教育的现状
自从我国1978年恢复研究生招生制度以来,我国的研究生教育已经走过了近30年的路程。经过这些年的发展,我国研究生培养在数量和规模上已经日趋扩大,根据中国研究生信息网数据显示我国1978年有63500人报考研究生,全国范围内的研究生单位的招生数量为10708人;到2008年,报考人数和招生人数分别为120万人和39万人,分别是1978年的19倍和36倍;而2009年全国参加研究生入学考试的人数更是达到12
