摘要:产业结构的状况会影响劳动者的就业选择、产业结构的变化会带来劳动者就业结构的变化;反之,就业结构是否适应产业结构的要求,是否随产业结构的变化而变化,也是影响产业发展水平的因素。所以产业结构与就业结构的关联性是必然存在的,二者的关系协调与否是衡量地区经济健康发展的重要标志。本文研究了国有森工企业产业结构与就业结构之间的动态变化关系,并提出促进国有森工企业未来产业结构与就业结构协调发展的有效措施。

Abstract: The situation of the industrial structure can affect the employment option of laborer, the change of industrial structure can bring about changes of the employment structure.
