摘要
虚拟仪器技术是计算机测量与控制技术的一个新的发展方向。虚拟仪器是虚拟仪器技术的一个重要组成部分,其中最具有代表性的是LabVIEW,它不仅是图形化编程开发平台,而且是一个功能强大且又灵活的仪器和分析软件应用的开发工具。
目前,电机在现代工业领域中不仅是工业应用及电能生产的基本装备,同时也是速度调节控制系统的核心部件之一,应用范围极为广泛,特别是拖动系统。因此弄清和熟悉电机的特性,研究其速度控制方法尤为重要。
本文主要开发了基于LabVIEW的直流电机的速度控制系统,设计出了电机转速控制VI,实现了其速度的在线实时控制,达到了较好的速度控制效果。软件方面,主要采用美国NI公司推出的虚拟仪器开发软件LabVIEW作为平台;硬件方面,主要采用NI ELVIS虚拟仪器教学实验套件,并结合多功能数据采集卡(DAQ)PCI-6024E。本文以PID经典控制方法为理论指导,采用经验法、4:1衰减法分别对直流电机PID控制参数进行整定,然后利用整定结果进行速度在线实时控制,最后对控制效果进行对比与分析。

Research of the control system of small dc motor speed control Based on LabVIEW
Abstract
Virtual instrument technology is a new development direction puter measure and control technology. Virtual instrument is an ponent of virtual instrument technology, and LabVIEW is the most representative graphic programming development platform with its powerful and flexible function.
In the modern industry domain, the DC motor is basic equipment in industry application and electric energy producing, and it is the most important part in the DC motor velocity control system, which is used in many domains, especially in drag system. Therefore, it is very important to clear and know well the feature of DC motor and its velocity control methods.
The article mainly develops the speed control system based on the LabVIEW for the DC motor, and designs the speed control VI which has realized its speed online real-time control and achieves a good speed control effect. The software system mainly uses LabVIEW, which is a virtual instrument development platform and is promoted by NI Corporation. The hardware mainly uses virtual instrument teaching experiment suite of the NI ELVIS, unifies the multi-purpose data acquisition system called PCI-6024E.
