【摘要】目的探析生长抑素治疗急性胰腺炎的护理干预效果。方法 80例急性胰腺炎患者, 随机分为观察组和对照组, 各40例。患者均使用生长抑素进行治疗, 对照组给予常规护理, 观察组给予常规护理+专项护理, 对比观察两组患者的临床护理效果。结果观察组患者的住院时间为(±)d, 对照组(±)d, 组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>)。观察组患者的治愈率、并发症发生率以及死亡率分别是%、%、%, 对照组分别是%、%、%, 差异具有统计学意义(P)。结论生长抑素治疗急性胰腺炎能够减少并发症的发生, 与护理干预措施相配合, 能够有效提高患者的治愈率, 降低死亡率。
【Abstract】 Objective To investigate nursing intervention effect by somatostatin in the treatment of acute pancreatitis. Methods A total of 80 patients with acute pancreatitis were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 40 cases in each group. All patients received somatostatin for treatment. The control group received conventional nursing, and the observation group received conventional nursing + special nursing. Clinical nursing effects of the two groups pared.
