摘要
随着制造业的迅速发展,物流供应链的竞争逐渐替代了传统的销售竞争。供应链管理日渐被企业重视,而物流改革的方向正是实现供应链一体化管理。物流一体化已从内部的采购获取、制造支持和实物配送的合作延伸到包括顾客和供应商,形成了从最初的供应商采购获取到最终消费者所接受的、致力于所有物流一体化管理的整个供应链。
在供应链管理环境下,物流伴随有商流、资金流、信息流的产生,这四种“流”对核心企业来说,始终贯穿于采购、生产和销售的全过程。本文对供应链的发展状况以及供应链定义的分析,物流管理的产生早于供应链管理,但供应链管理是从物流的基础上发展起来的。而供应链管理正是物流垂直一体化管理的扩展和延伸,是物流管理由内部一体化向外部一体化转变的过程中产生的。本文以服装业制造业为例,根据目前服装业的物流现状,结合供应链管理及一体化的理论思想,在重构业务流程、组织结构整合、搭建信息平台的基础上,可以通过自营、第三方物流和分段外包的方式实现物流一体化的改革。并且以美特斯邦威的供应链一体化的实践作为案例进行分析。

ABSTRACT
With the rapid development of manufacturing, logistics, supply chain, competition is gradually replacing the traditional petition. Enterprise supply chain management is growing attention to the direction of reform is the realization of the logistics supply chain integration management. Integrated Logistics has access to internal procurement, manufacturing support and in-kind distribution of the cooperation extended to include customers and suppliers, formed from the initial procurement for suppliers to the final consumer acceptance, mitment to integrated management of all logistics the entire supply chain.
In supply chain management, logistics panied by business flow, capital flow, information flow generation, the four "flow" of the core businesses, runs through the purchasing, production and sale of the entire process. In this paper, the development of supply chain and supply chain analysis of the definition of logistics management, supply chain management produced early, but the logistics supply chain management is the basis to develop. And supply chain management is the integrated management of logistics vertical expansion and extension of logistics management from the internal integration to external integration process of change produced. In this paper, clothing manufacturing, for example, the current status of the garment industry logistics, combined with supply chain management and integration of theoretical thinking, in the reconstruction of business processes, organ
