摘要
旅游景区是旅游产业中最重要的组成部分,是旅游产品的核心内容,是激励旅游者出行的主要因素,然而旅游景区对内外部环境的变化有着强烈的敏感性,使得景区在日常的经营管理过程中充斥着危机。旅游景区所发生的各种危机对景区的经营、管理、发展甚至生存产生威胁,更甚者使得整个地区乃至整个国家的旅游业发展呈现停滞不前的状态,越发影响我国旅游业健康顺利发展。因此旅游景区危机管理被提上了越来越重要的日程,针对这一现实问题,本文总结以前的景区危机管理方面的研究成果,分析了旅游景区危机的类型、特点,探讨了目前我国旅游景区发生危机的主要原因,阐明了我国旅游景区如何应对各类危机的对策,为我国景区有效地实施危机管理提供借鉴,以实现景区的可持续发展。

Abstract
The scenic spots are the most important part of tourism industry, which is the core content of tourism product and the main factors in motivating the tourists. Because the scenic spot has extraordinary sensitivity to the crisis, and crisis of scenic area has been happened. The development, operation, management and survival of tourism scenic spots are threatened all the time, and even the crisis can make the whole region and the nation's tourism develop slowly. In order to solve this realistic problem, this paper summarizes previous research results of scenic spots crisis management, discusses the causes of the tourism scenic spot crisis systematically, analyses the current statues of crisis management of our country’s traveling scenic area by visiting scenic spots. And bining our country’s scenic area management pattern and the crisis’s type to clarify how to deal with all kinds of scenic spots crisis in our country, putting the management model again
