剖宫产手术切口感染的临床研宄

【摘要】目的探讨剖宫产手术切口感染的原因及预防方法。方法将剖宫产发生手术切U感染的产妇30例,设为切U感染组,另取30例未发生切U感染的产妇设为对照组,分析发生切口感染的原因及预防方法。结果切口感染与体质量指数、胎膜早破、妊娠合并症、瘢痕子宫、术中所用时间、***检查次数以及肛诊次数等因素都有关,观察组这些方面均显著高于对照组,两组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P <)o结论提高对感染的认识,合理控制基础疾病,适当降低***检查、肛查次数,提高手术操作技巧,缩短手术时间,合理应用抗生素预防感染,可降低感染的发生率。

【Abstract】 Objective Discuss the causes and prevention of surgical
infection of incision cesarean section method. Methods Will cesarean section in
maternal 30 cases of surgical incision infection, set to infection of incision group,
another 30 cases not incision infection of maternal set as control group, analysis of
