本毕业设计工程为某高层住宅结构设计,工程位于广州市天河区,为二十层高层住
宅,抗震设防烈度七度,结构形式为钢筋混凝土剪力墙结构。
本次设计主要采用电算方法进行设计。在设计过程中,设计者主要使用 PKPM 结构设
计软件对本工程的主体结构进行设计,此外,还使用了理正结构设计工具箱软件进行楼
梯等部分构件的设计。
本设计的主要工作内容:首先明确目标和任务,收集有关资料,准备必要的软件、
规范,熟悉图纸,收集相关资料,制定整个设计过程的工作计划。然后,根据建筑图,
确定结构的有关信息,提取主要结构标准层,进行初次结构布置,估算各构件的截面尺
寸,做到力的传递路线简单明确,尽量满足经济跨度的要求,并根据使用要求分析与计
算结构荷载,在 PKPM 中建立初步的结构模型,输入计算所得荷载数据,在 SATWE 中进行
相关设计参数的补充定义,并运行结构内力、配筋计算。再根据规范条文,查看与分析
SATWE 结构计算结果,对结构模型调整并重新分析,直至结构的各项参数均能符合规范和
结构设计原则的要求。然后,运用 AutoCAD 软件,根据 SATWE 中的内力、配筋计算结果,
绘制结构各层梁、板、墙的配筋图。然后,运用理正结构设计工具箱进行楼梯结构计算,
绘制楼梯配筋图和部分主要大样图。最后,整理图纸及编制计算书,检查图层、字体、
格式、打印样式等是否正确和符合要求,打印图纸及计算书,对以上各阶段的成果进行
整理完善。

The Structure Design of High-rise Building for Residence
Abstract:This graduation design project, which is located in Tianhe Area, Guangzhou, is for
high-rise buildings with 21 floors. Their degree of earthquake fortification is 7, and their form
of structure is reinforced concrete in shear wall.
This design is mainly used by zooming. During the process, designers mainly use a
structure-designed software called PKPM to design the main body of the structure. Besides,
they also use the software called LiZheng to design the some parts of constructional elements.
The main work of this design is: first, confirm the objective and task, prepare some
necessary softwares and standard, be familiar with related information,and formulate a work
plan of the process of the whole design; then, ensure the relevant information of structure
according to the map of construction, collect some index bed of the main structure, make the
primary arrangement of structure, and estimate section size of every part, so that the
transmittion line is simple and clear and meet the requirement of economic span; in the
meanwhile, according to operating requirement, analyze and calculate the load of structure, and
input the load data in the structure mode that is established primarily in P
