摘要
多羟基聚丁二烯(PHPB)是胶粘剂、涂料等产品的重要原料之一。其分子结
构中比一般聚合物多元醇含有更多的羟基,因此与多元异氰酸酯所形成的聚氨酯
涂膜具有优良的耐磨性、柔韧性、耐化学药品性、耐溶剂性、光泽性、耐水性、
耐热性以及耐腐蚀性等。
本文采用过氧甲酸原位法对端羟基聚丁二烯进行环氧化及开环,合成了多羟
基聚丁二烯,通过产品的羟值和粘度详细探讨了不同原料配比、反应温度、反应
时间等因素对合成反应影响的规律,并运用正交实验设计确定了最佳合成工艺参
数:过氧化氢与双键的物质的量比为 ;反应温度为 60℃;甲酸与双键的物质
的量比为 ;反应时间为 4h。在此条件下合成出来的 PHPB 的羟值和粘度均达
到较好的水平。应用 FTIR 红外光谱确认了多羟基聚丁二烯的化学结构,结果表明
PHPB 的结构基本符合预定要求。
将制得的多羟基聚丁二烯和氨基固化剂反应制成聚氨酯涂料,对其涂膜进行
耐盐水浸泡、附着力、吸水率以及交流阻抗的测试研究,并将其和原料端羟基聚
丁二烯(HTPB)制成的涂膜进行比较,以此来研究多羟基聚丁二烯聚氨酯涂膜的抗
渗透性能、耐腐蚀性能以及电化学保护性能。结果表明:多羟基聚丁二烯聚氨酯
清漆的附着力处于一级到二级之间,略好于端羟基聚丁二烯聚氨酯清漆;多羟基
聚丁二烯聚氨酯涂膜的吸水率为 %,明显低于端羟基聚丁二烯聚氨酯涂膜的
%;另外盐水浸泡实验和交流阻抗测试也显示多羟基聚丁二烯聚氨酯涂膜具
有相对较慢的腐蚀速率;这些数据说明多羟基聚丁二烯聚氨酯涂膜具有良好的抗
渗透性能、耐腐蚀性能以及电化学保护性能,其在各个方面都要优于端羟基聚丁
二烯聚氨酯涂膜。

ABSTRACTT
Polyhydroxylated polybutadiene(PHPB) is one of important materials of
adhesives and coatings. The quantity of hydroxyl within its molecular structure is
much pared to general polymer polyols, so the polyurethane film made by
PHPB reacting with isocyanate takes on excellent abrasion resistance, flexibility,
resistance to chemicals, solvent resistance, gloss, water resistance, heat stability and
corrosion resistance.
Hydroxyl terminated polybutadiene (HTPB) was epoxidized and ring opened
in-situ with performic acid, by which polyhydroxylated polybutadiene (PHPB) was
synthesized. In this paper, the effect of reaction temperature, time and feed proportion
et al on synthesis of PHPB was investigated in detail through the viscosity and
hydroxyl value of the product and the optimum synthesis conditions were determined
on the basis of the orthogonal experimental results. PHPB was synthesized at the mol
ratio of H2O2 to double bond and formic acid to double bond , with reaction
temperature 60℃ and reaction time 4h. The viscosity and hydroxyl value of PHPB
