摘要
旅游景区安全管理是旅游景区稳定运行的重要保障,但是随着旅游活动规模的急剧扩大,以及近几年许多景区纷纷引进各类惊险刺激的游乐设施,影响旅游安全的因素日趋复杂化,导致旅游景区安全事故呈现出高发态势。本课题将以深圳东部华侨城景区安全管理为例子,从不同角度分析景区安全管理存在的各种问题,主要从景区设施管理与景区人员管理这两方面进行研究,以点到面,探讨旅游景区应对景区安全管理的对策,本文认为能够解决的对策可以从构建旅游景区安全管理系统、建立旅游公共安全事件应急处置机制、构建高效的旅游安全领导机制、强化有效的责任落实机制四个方面来考虑执行,以达到有效降低旅游景区事故发生的目的,保障我国旅游景区与旅游业能健康、快速和持续地发展。

TOURISM SCENIC SPOT THE PROBLEMS EXISTING IN SAFETY MANAGEMENT AND THE COUNTERMEASURE ANALYSIS — FOR EXAMPLE IN SHENZHEN EAST OCT
ABSTRACT
Traveling scenic area safety management is the tourist scenic spot and stable operation, but as an important guarantee of tourist activities, and the scale of increasing dramatically in recent years many scenic spots have introduce various types of thrilling rides and influence factors of tourism security, leading to plexity scenic safety accident presents high-risk situation. This topic in shenzhen east oct scenic area will be for example, safety management from different perspectives of safety management in scenic spots of various problems, mainly from the scenic area facilities management and the scenic personnel management this aspects, from point to surface, scenic spots to explore the countermeasures to scenic area safety management, this paper argues that the countermeasures to solve scenic spots from construction safety management system, establishing tourism public security incident emergency disposal system, constructing efficient travel security leadership mechanism, strengthen effective responsibility implementation mechanism four respects consider implementation, in order to achieve effective to reduce the purpose of scenic accident, guaranteeing our country's tourism scenic spots and tourist can rapid, healthy and sustainable development.
