论人本管理思想在圆通速运企业中的应用
摘要
本文从中西方正在兴起的人本管理思想入手,介绍了人本管理思想的内涵、基本特征、基本内容,并认为人本管理思想的基本内容主要是开发和利用企业的精神资源,并结合中西方企业管理的特点,对企业精神资源开发的方式,对比了我国企业精神资源开发和利用的现状,科学分析了企业精神资源的特征与价值。本文将人本管理思想融入到企业中,以圆通速运为例,认为企业要首先为企业创造一个舞台,让员工能够施展才华,实现自我价值,同时又要及时发现与处理员工工作和生活中所产生的实际问题,让员工在企业中能够找到一条发展道路,把自己的全部身心融入到企业的发展中,奉献出全部智慧。

ABSTRACT
This emerging from the people of Western management ideas to start ,The first part introduces the connotation of human management,Basic features,Elements,And that the basic content of people management is the development and use of spiritual resources of enterprises。In the second part of bination of the characteristics of Western business management,Spirit of enterprise resource development on the parison of our entrepreneurial spirit and Utilization of Resources,Scientific analysis of the characteristics of the entrepreneurial spirit and values of resources。The third part is the idea of people into the management of the enterprise,SF Express as an example ,Enterprises should be the first to create a stage for the enterprise,Allow employees to display their talent,Self-worth,The same time to detect and deal with staff working and living in the practical problems arising,The staff in the enterprise can find a path of development。To his entire body and mind into the development of enterprises, the dedication to all the wisdom。
