1987~2008年我国乳房再造文献计量分析

【摘要】目的用文献计量法总结我国近22年发表的乳房再造(BR)文献,预测未来发展趋势。方法以“乳房再造”为检索词,从中文生物医学期刊文献数据库和中国生物医学文献数据库获取题录,阅读原文,按手术方式、研究方向、刊文期刊、发文机构等行计量分析。结果共获检247篇,主要发文期刊、发文机构、作者、地区的发文数量、手术方式、手术时机等依次是中华整形外科杂志15篇,中国医学科学院中国协和医科大学46篇,亓发芝9篇,北京56篇,背阔肌皮瓣和腹直肌皮瓣BR为主,Ⅰ期乳房再造(IR)为主要手术时机等。结论根据我国近22年发表的BR文献概况,背阔肌皮瓣IR是我国目前的主要方式。保乳术后IR很可能成为BR的未来发展趋势。

【Abstract】 Objective To metrologically analyze the literature of breast reconstruction in proper time and methods from 1987 to 2008 in China, in order to illuminate the process of breast reconstruction development and predicts the main tendency in the future.
