摘要
随着人员流动的不断扩大,人们生活水平的不断提高,消费也不断增加,外出旅游业不断增加,客房数目急剧增加,有关客房管理的各种信息量也在不断的成倍增长,客房业之间的竞争也愈演愈烈,因此必须提高酒店管理的水平,提高酒店客房管理的工作效率。
快捷酒店客房管理系统是在对酒店客房业进行实地调研后,以实际为基础进行设计的。该系统属于c/s模式,可以通过前台的操作界面访问后台数据库,对客房的数据进行添加、查询、修改等操作。该系统包括四大模块:客户管理、客房管理、收银结帐、系统设置。
快捷酒店客房管理系统主要对客房、客户及其它与客房经营有关的一切资源进行有效的管理、合理调配,也可动态的进行与房间信息相关的所有操作,可为客户提供预定房间、房间续住、调换房间等服务;可以根据不同的客户的需要分配不同种类型的房间以及折扣和其优惠设置,因这些操作使的数据量增大,所以使用SQL Server2005数据库来保证整个系统的稳定性和可靠性。

Fasthotel room management system is in the hotel industry to undertake on-the-spot survey, based on actual design. The system belongs to the C / S mode, through the front of the user interface to access the database, the room's data add, modify, query and other operations. The system includes four modules: customer management, room management, accounting, system settings.
