摘要:轨道线网规划过程中建立合理的评价指标体系,应用科学的评价方法是确保决策正确的关键。鉴于
城市区域轨道线网规划的目标和功能定位与城市、都市圈轨道线网规划有所不同,评价指标体系、评价方
法也应作相应的调整。本文在分析其功能定位,结合评价目的,总结评价方法、分析规划者、投资建设者、
运营管理者、服务对象的偏好的基础上提出适合城市区域轨道规划方案选优的评价指标体系及评价方法。

Abstract: At City Regional Rail work Planning process, to establish
a rational evaluation index system and application scientific evaluation
methods is the key to ensuring that decisions are correct. In view of the
Regional work planning goals are somewhat different from the city,
Metropolitan work Planning, valuation index system, evaluation
methods also need to be adjusted accordingly. Based on the analysis of
their function position, the purpose of evaluation, review evaluation
methods, analysis planners, investment builders, operating managers,
customer preferences, proposed suitable evaluation index system and
evaluation methods for City Regional Rail work Planning.
