摘要:从世界城市发展历史来看,产业与城市相伴而生,新中国成立以来,无论是计划经济时代还是市场化时期,
产业亦是带动城市发展最主要的推力。然而,近十年的城市化浪潮中,一些大中城市在新区建设中出现了有城无
产、有产无城,产城分离的情况,以致出现了“卧城”。十八大以后,在中国大力发展中小城镇的形势下,抓住小
城镇建设特点,理顺产业与小城镇发展的关系,促进产业与城镇良性互动,避免走大中城市的弯路,是一个值得
研究的课题。本文以成都市蒲江县寿安新城为例,探索产城互动助推小城镇建设的新模式。

Abstract: In the historical development of the city in the whole world, industry has born with cities.
Since the founding of new China, whether it is the era of the planned economy or market period,
industry is the main thrust driving the city development. But during ten years urbanization, in some of
cities had the phenomenon of separation of industry and cities, then became dormitory town in new
districts. After the 18th meeting of munist Party of China, in the situation of vigorously
developing small towns, grasping the characteristics of small towns, following the development of
industry and small towns to promote the positive interaction between industry and town, which is
